President: Daniel Kilmurray – Riverside, CT & Wilmington, VT (since 2003)  Financial Advisor at UBS Wealth Management Americas since 1984.  Active donor and former board member at The National Council for Adoption in Washington, D.C.  Extensive business and management experience.

Vice President:  State Representative Ann Manwaring – Wilmington, VT  Former small business owner for 23 years. BA in Economics and MS in Internet Strategy Management from Marlboro College Tech Center.

Secretary:  Julie Lineberger – Wilmington, VT          Owner of LineSync Architecture in Wilmington, Vermont.  Co-founder of the Deerfield River Valley Human Web that raised funds for community members affected by the flooding following Tropical Storm Irene.  Past Chair of Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility Board of Directors.  University of California, San Diego, BA.  Harvard Graduate School of Education, EdM.

Treasurer:  Bruce Mullen – Wilmington, VT          Certified Financial Planner and Investment Advisor, Cambridge Investment Research; Member of Bi Town Economic Development Committee, Emergency Business Assistance Coordinator; Former Wilmington Select Board member; Active member and former President of Deerfield Valley Rotary.

Deborah Emmett Pike – Scituate, MA & Wilmington, VT (since 1967)     Business Manager, The Lapis Tree  Ltd., luxury jewelry design firm.

Robert Fisher – Wilmington, VT       Attorney licensed in the State of Vermont practicing general legal services, real estate and representation of municipalities.  Law firm offices in Brattleboro, VT and Dover, VT.  Chair of the Vermont Bar Association’s Municipal Law section.  Board Member of Valley Youth Sports, Nordic skiing coach; Life-long resident of the Wilmington area.

John Gannon– Wilmington, VT     John recently retired as president of the FINRA Investor Education Foundation, where he managed the foundation’s grant making and programmatic efforts to educate and protect investors.  Before joining FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority)  in September 2001, he was deputy director of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Office of Investor Education & Assis­tance. He also served for seven years as senior counsel in the commission’s Division of Enforcement, where he brought cases and investigated violations of federal securities laws.  John, currently a resident of Wilmington, Vermont, is a graduate of Middlebury College and earned his J.D. degree from Suffolk University.
