Four months ago, Tropical Storm Irene hit, leaving a deep scar on the state of Vermont. In Part 1, we took a year-end look at the power of the storm. In Part 2– the recovery.

Waitsfield singer-song writer Grace Potter wrote “Mad Mad River” about the devastation. We use her performance to revisit the weeks following Irene.
